FTFT Pay is a trading brand of FTFT Finance UK Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with number 16399754.

FTFT Finance UK Ltd is part of Future FinTech Group Inc. (NASDAQ: FTFT), a financial and digital technology services group operating across financial services, payments and money transfer, and blockchain technologies.
How customer funds are handled
Customer funds are kept separate from the company's own operating funds in line with our regulatory obligations.
Funds received for a transfer are held in segregated client accounts with regulated credit institutions and are used only to complete your payment. We never lend out customer money.

Financial crime controls

As an FCA-authorised payment institution, FTFT Finance UK Ltd is supervised by the Financial Conduct Authority for compliance with the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017. Customer due-diligence records are retained for at least five years after an account is closed, as those regulations require.
Data protection
FTFT Finance UK Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through FTFT Pay and processes it in line with UK data protection law. You can access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your data, and request portability, at any time.
Data protection contact: privacy@ftftpay.com. Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Complaints and redress
If something goes wrong, contact us first through the support page.
Every complaint is handled personally by a Private Client Manager. We acknowledge complaints promptly and aim to resolve payment-services complaints within 15 business days, and no later than 35 business days in exceptional cases, in line with FCA rules.
If you are not satisfied with our final response, you may refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, free of charge.
