These terms govern your use of FTFT PAY money-transfer services provided by FTFT Finance UK Ltd.

About these terms
These terms govern your use of FTFT Pay, a money transfer service operated by FTFT Finance UK Limited. By creating an account or sending a transfer you agree to them.
FTFT Finance UK Ltd is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Payment Services Regulations (FRN: 805666). Registered in England and Wales, company number 16399754.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, a UK resident (unless agreed otherwise), and able to lawfully enter a contract.
2. Account registration
You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
3. Money transfer service
Exchange rates and fees are displayed before you confirm a transfer. Transfers are subject to identity-verification, fraud and AML checks. We may refuse, delay or reverse transfers where required by law.
4. Fees and exchange rates
Fees and rates are shown in our calculator and at confirmation. Rates fluctuate; the rate quoted at confirmation is the rate applied to your transfer.
5. Refunds and cancellations
You may request cancellation of a transfer that has not yet been delivered. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use FTFT PAY for any unlawful, fraudulent or sanctioned activity, or to fund prohibited goods or services.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to direct losses caused by our breach of these terms, capped at the amount of the transfer in question.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email and on our website at least 30 days in advance.

Complaints and disputes
If something goes wrong, contact us first and we will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to resolve it within 15 business days, or 35 business days in exceptional cases.
If you are not satisfied with our final response, you may refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Full details are in our complaints policy.
