Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, a UK resident (unless agreed otherwise), and able to lawfully enter a contract.

You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

Exchange rates and fees are displayed before you confirm a transfer. Transfers are subject to identity-verification, fraud and AML checks. We may refuse, delay or reverse transfers where required by law.

Fees and rates are shown in our calculator and at confirmation. Rates fluctuate; the rate quoted at confirmation is the rate applied to your transfer.

You may request cancellation of a transfer that has not yet been delivered. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.

You may not use FTFT PAY for any unlawful, fraudulent or sanctioned activity, or to fund prohibited goods or services.

Our liability is limited to direct losses caused by our breach of these terms, capped at the amount of the transfer in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email and on our website at least 30 days in advance.
