Cyber Security Policy

FTFT Finance UK Ltd recognises the importance of protecting our brand and the business information critical to our success — and yours.

Last updated: August 6, 2026

Protecting information

Proper handling of business and customer information — founded on trust and assurance — is essential to the relationships we build and maintain. We safeguard our data against a wide range of threats to its confidentiality, integrity, availability, and, when necessary, traceability, while also ensuring the privacy of personal data.

Risk-based approach

We adopt a systematic, risk-based approach to information protection and are committed to continuously developing and improving our security posture. Our efforts align with relevant standards such as NIST and ISO 27001, focusing on how we identify, protect, detect, respond to and recover from cyber threats. This includes initiatives to regularly test our controls, educate our employees and foster awareness around cybersecurity vigilance.

Governance

Security services are delivered through collaboration among our Security, Information Technology and Cybersecurity functions. Our Information Security Policy, approved by the Board of Directors, establishes the principles that guide our information security and cybersecurity practices.
